Privacy Policy
This policy explains what the Snore Fit app collects, where it is kept, and the choices you have. Snore Fit is published by Morty Technologies Ltd. (company no. 515967479) ("we"), which is responsible for your data under this policy. The short version: your answers and your training history stay on your phone. You do not need an account, and the app does not record audio, use your camera or read your health data.
1. What stays on your device
The app stores the following on your phone only. We do not receive it.
- Your language and your consent choices.
- Your answers during setup: how loud and how often you snore, your main goal and your age group.
- Your answer to the sleep apnea safety question.
- Your training plan, completed workouts, streaks and progress.
- Your reminder time and app settings.
This data is held in the app's private storage, which your phone's operating system protects and encrypts when your device is locked with a passcode. It is removed when you delete the app or use "Delete my data" in Settings → Privacy.
2. What leaves your device
Crash reports. If the app crashes or hits an error, a report is sent to Sentry, our error-tracking provider, so we can fix it. A report contains the error, the screen it happened on, your device model, operating system and app version. It does not contain your name, email, answers or training history, and it is not linked to you.
Nothing else. The app does not send usage analytics, does not show ads, does not use advertising identifiers and does not track you across other apps or websites.
3. What the app does not do
- It does not record or listen to audio.
- It does not use your camera.
- It does not read from or write to Apple Health or Health Connect.
- It does not collect your location, contacts or photos.
- It does not require or create an account.
- It does not sell, rent or share your data.
4. Notifications
If you choose a daily reminder, it is scheduled on your phone. No notification server is involved and you can change or turn it off in Settings at any time.
5. Analytics consent
The consent screen asks whether we may collect anonymous usage statistics. This version of the app does not send any. Your answer is stored so that a future version can respect it, and we will update this policy before anything is sent.
6. Your choices and rights
- Export your data: Settings → Privacy → Export my data saves a copy you can keep or share.
- Delete your data: Settings → Privacy → Delete my data erases everything the app holds on your phone.
- Reminders and analytics consent can be changed in Settings at any time.
Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR give you rights to access, correct and delete personal data, and to complain to a data protection authority. Because we hold no personal data on our servers, most requests are handled in the app. For anything else, write to rotem@tryclinix.com and we will reply within 30 days.
7. Service providers
Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) receives crash reports as described above and keeps them for up to 90 days. It may process them in the United States. Apple and Google deliver the app and its updates under their own privacy policies.
8. Health information
Snore Fit is a wellness app, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or rule out sleep apnea or any other condition. The health-related answers you give stay on your device.
9. Children
Snore Fit is for people aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used the app, write to rotem@tryclinix.com.
10. Changes
If we change what the app collects, we will update this policy, change the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
