Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Morty Technologies Ltd. (company no. 515967479) ("we") about your use of the Snore Fit app. By using the app you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the app.
1. What Snore Fit is
Snore Fit guides you through exercises for the tongue, soft palate, jaw and lips, with demonstrations, a training plan and progress tracking. The app is currently free and has no purchases.
2. Not medical advice
Snore Fit is a wellness app. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or rule out any condition, including obstructive sleep apnea. It is not a substitute for advice from a doctor.
- If you stop breathing during sleep, wake up gasping or choking, or are very sleepy during the day, see a doctor.
- If you have a jaw joint (TMJ) problem, recent mouth, throat or eye surgery, or high blood pressure, ask a doctor before starting.
- Stop any exercise that causes pain, dizziness or discomfort.
You use the exercises at your own risk and are responsible for doing them safely.
3. Who may use it
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, use the app with a parent or guardian's permission.
4. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. The app, its exercises, text, videos and design belong to us or our licensors.
- Do not copy, resell or redistribute the app or its content.
- Do not reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.
- Do not use the app in a way that breaks the law or harms others.
5. Your data
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. In short, your answers and training history stay on your device.
6. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or stop the app or any feature. If we introduce paid features, we will tell you clearly first, and nothing will be charged without your explicit purchase through the App Store or Google Play.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will reduce your snoring.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any harm resulting from doing the exercises against the guidance above. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
9. Ending these terms
You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may end your licence if you break these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept them.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Please contact us first at rotem@tryclinix.com; most problems can be solved quickly that way. If you are a consumer, you keep any rights the law of your country gives you.
12. App stores
If you downloaded the app from the App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app, but may enforce these terms as a third-party beneficiary.
